History of Bohbot & Riles, LLP
Founded in 2003, Bohbot & Riles Law, LLP provides legal services in Northern California’s East Bay and San Francisco Bay areas. Our lawyers specialize in employment litigation and personal injury.
After four successful years based in San Francisco, we moved to larger offices in Downtown Oakland at 2201 Broadway, Suite 823 (Get Directions).

Other areas of law that our lawyers specialize in include business formations (LLP, LLC, Inc. etc.), drafting employee manuals, discrimination & harassment training, and litigating various breaches of contracts and/or breaches of fiduciary duty, among other things.

While we are based in Downtown Oakland California, our law firm has helped clients all over the Greater Bay Area including in Fremont, San Mateo, San Leandro, Hayward, San Francisco, Burlingame, Marin, Berkeley, Richmond, San Jose, and Palo Alto. Bohbot & Riles, LLP cares about the community
Our law firm is not only dedicated to eliminating discrimination, but also to improving our community as a whole. To that end, Bohbot & Riles, LLP was one of the top 15 law firms in 2004 to raise funds for the San Francisco AIDS Walk. Bohbot & Riles, LLP sponsors a team for the AIDS Walk every year and continues to raise money for that event.
Additionally, Bohbot & Riles, LLP has supported the local YMCA’s efforts to provide free or lower cost memberships for children and seniors.
Finally, Bohbot & Riles, LLP is committed to helping neighbors, families and friends reach peaceful solutions to their conflicts. Therefore, Bohbot & Riles, LLP has supported and continues to support SEEDS Community Resolution Center which provides pro bono mediation services to Alameda County residents.
