Elizabeth L. Riles is a partner with Bohbot & Riles, LLP
Elizabeth received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University where she graduated with honors.
Elizabeth L. Riles has experience in wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, severance negotiation, and all forms of discrimination suits. Additionally, Ms. Riles also has experience with various personal injury matters. Ms. Riles also specializes in small business litigation including collection litigation, contract disputes and unfair business practices. Ms. Riles also provides discrimination training and can draft employee manuals.
Elizabeth Riles is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Elizabeth Riles is a member of the California Women Lawyers. She is also a member of the Queen’s Bench Bar Association and the Law School Consortium Project, Northern California Collaborative.
